Chef de Partie
As Chef de Partie you will play an important role supporting the Head Chef in the day to day management of the kitchen.
You will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation, in addition to menu compilation, supporting junior members of the team, and ensuring that all aspects of the operation comply with legislative requirements.
You will also be expected to deputise for the Head and Sous Chef in their absence.
You will have strong people and operational management skills and have experience in the industry at a supervisory level.
You will have impeccable standards, be flexible, adaptable, and have a strong passion and flair for modern food. The right candidate will be expected to utilise quality local suppliers and aim to produce food of the highest standard.

We’re currently on the lookout for a skilled Commis Chef to join the team.
As a member of the kitchen team, you will be conscientious and creative and passionate about ensuring our guests receive the best quality food possible.
The basic scope of the role is to assist the Chefs in the organisation of kitchen operations. There are excellent opportunities for career progression for the right person.
Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role, as well as the ability to demonstrate exceptional standards and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Bar/Floor Staff (Full Time)
We want to make sure that our customers enjoy their time with us every single time they visit, our amazing Floor and Bar staff are a huge part of making sure their experience is a positive one.
Our dedicated Floor Team will be required to become involved in all aspects of the day to day service, setting up, serving the customer, liaising with other departments within the venue and clearing down after your shift. High standards are very important, therefore you will be required to ensure that these standards are maintained. You will also enjoy and have a passion for promoting the venue and our fantastic dishes to all customers.
For our Bar Staff, your role will be to provide excellent bar service to customers that is of a consistently high standard. You’ll be friendly and enjoy interacting with customers in a professional and polite manner.
You will be involved in promoting sales and showcasing to our customers all the fantastic cocktails and drinks offers we provide throughout the week. You will also be expected to adhere to licensing legislation procedures and you will also be responsible for ensuring that bars standards with regards to cleanliness are maintained.
You will preferably have bartending experience with cocktail experience also being preferable but not essential. It’s important that you enjoy working with others in a busy bar environment.

These roles provides varied shift patterns including late nights, evenings and weekends.
